Soretha Steenkamp has extensive experience in the real estate sector – as Broker, business owner and as Principal – having owned a very successful real estate franchise in the Western Cape Winelands in South African for many years.  She is a qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) and obtained a National Diploma Real Estate: Property Valuation at the University of Johannesburg in 2010.

She has received several business and leadership awards as well as being awarded National & regional Brand Ambassador for a well-known South African real estate franchise in 2017 & 2018.

Soretha and her husband emigrated to the Netherlands in September 2020, and she promptly enrolled at the Floral Academy for a formal qualification as Florist (DFA) – “Moving to the Netherlands allowed me to pursue another passion of mine besides Real Estate – the beautiful world of flowers.”  Soretha says.

She joined J&B Makelaars (formerly Expat Property Brokers) in September 2022 as Broker and she is excited to service the expat community in their real estate aspirations.
