Juanette has 20 years of experience in real estate. She qualified as a real estate agent through EAAB. She has enjoyed the industry ranging from new development sales, rentals and rebuilding ideas and even establishing a maintenance company in the UAE. She has been successful in brokering deals telephonically for new off-plan developments.

She has worked in South Africa for Seeff, and then in UAE where she successfully completed her RERA qualification. She also managed and grew a new real estate agency during COVID which is now still growing and using her guidelines and techniques. 

Her greatest joy is knowing her clients (be they buyers, renters, landlords or sellers) are happy and safe in their new house where they will make memories.
